Community looking for donations

The city of Nobelsville, IN, is looking for monetary donations in order to put more lights in the courthouse square.
As with all Christmas display, no matter what you do seems that people aren’t happy. After the all white lights created a blueish tint, they’ve changed to a multi-color display.
